Ugadi pachadi


Ingredients:
Mango grated:1 cup
Jaggery:1 cup
neem tree flowers:1 tbsp(vepa putha)
tamarind paste:3-4 tbsp
Method:
1.First add the raw mango pieces to the tamarind water .
2.Now to this add jaggery , neem flower and mix well
